I wasn't planning on posting anything today but I came across this randomly while watching videos in the theatre. The top 50 scariest public service announcements sounds boring but trust me on this one it's worth sitting through the 40min run time. Another impressive thing about this list is how well it's numbered, sure some videos don't feel like they belong but over all you can feel the PSA's getting darker.
