The Overlook Hour Guest Profile: Clint Carney, Dry Blood & System Syn

Dry Blood has an impressive list of laurels, and it's still in the film fest circuit

The first time we met Clint Carney, KillDozer was probing him for details about his first feature film, Dry Blood, in an August edition of Digging Up the Dirt. And now, Clint returns to talk to the Overlook creatures who haunt the Disney Dungeon on Monday nights.

This time KillDozer is joined by the usual hosts, and they all have questions. From script writing and casting Dry Blood, to his favorite Coen Brothers film, they could have talked all night if Clark hadn’t kept an eye on the time...

Clint is not only a film maker and musician, he is an all around artist. He has built props for some huge movies (which he gets into in episode 31) and one of his art galleries was featured in LA Weekly in 2011.

He has also been in several industrial bands, including System Syn who scored Dry Blood, Imperative Reaction, and God Module.

You can follow Clint on all Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Check out his paintings and short films at ClintCarney.com

If you haven't seen it yet, here's the trailer for Dry Blood, which should be on VOD, DVD, and bluray soon.

And now, please enjoy episode 31 with special guest Clint Carney!
